Set up Linear integration
Paste a Linear API key on the server against your user, the same way you connect a forge. Tickets, projects, links, collaborators, delegation and assignment all work against Control Center’s own database with no external service required — see Create and manage tickets.
Store your Linear key
Section titled “Store your Linear key”Ticketing API key lives at Settings → Workspace → General, on the
Ticketing card. It stores the key on the server against your user id. The
server’s own key for unattended work comes from LINEAR_API_KEY or the
Provider apps card. No ticketing key is placed in an agent’s sandbox:
agents write tickets through Control Center’s own tools, which ask the
Write to an external tracker rule first.
Stamp new tickets as Linear
Section titled “Stamp new tickets as Linear”Ticketing provider (onboarding’s first step, and
/workspaces/<workspaceId>/api-keys) offers local and linear. Picking
linear stamps provider: linear on tickets you create from then on.
