Reference
Reference pages describe what is there, exhaustively and without commentary. Use them to look something up when you already know what you are after: an exact tool name, a step kind, a status transition, a route, a shortcut.
They are not written to be read start to finish. For that, use the concepts; to get something done, use the how-to guides.
